Its been a busy week last week...have no time to update++my weekend end up i slept the whole day cause of the cough and flu...hixxx..but hey.. it didn't screwed the whole weekend ..hihihi..cause since I stay at home..so I have time to try some baking….yeaaahhh..actually I have been planning to baked since 2 weeks ago…hihihihi…so here we go…my sis and I decided to bake “Orange Crystal Cake”

--OraNge CryStaL CaKe--

Ingredients: (For Sponge Cake) –Diameter 8 x 8 inches
Optima Flour--200g
Eggs--4
Vanilla Essence--½ teaspoon

Topping:
Agar Agar--1 packet
Sugar--150g
Orange Juice--50 ml
Water--650 ml
Fruit Cocktail--1 can
Mandarin Orange--1 can

Egg white--85 ml (2-3 eggs)
Coconut Cream--1 packet (small pack)
Water--250 ml
Sugar--200g
Agar Agar--1 packet
Milk--100 ml

Method:

--Combine flour and eggs, beat till creamy (8-10 minutes)--

--Pour the dough into the tin with diameter 8 x 8 inches and bake for 20 minutes at 150 degree--

-- Take the sponge cake from the tin and let it set --

TOPPING

Agar Agar ++++

Mix Fruit

--Boil agar-agar, sugar and water add mix fruits.(Dont't use the syrup from cocktail and Mandarin Orange)--
--Pour jelly 1/2cm into the 10 inches tin and let it set--
--Pour the fruit into balance jelly--

--Pour jelly with fruit into the tin and let it set--

--Put the sponge cake into the middle of the tin with jelly and fruit--

--Boil together water, sugar,agar2, milk and coconut cream--
--Beat egg whites, add 1tbs of sugar, till stiff, add 1 tbs orange essence--
--Add in agar2 mixture into beated egg white, mix well (do it while it's hot)--
--Pour the agar2 mixture to the tin and cover the whole cake--

--yeahhh..the finish product^^--

i attached some pictures..so its easy to imagine how was the process are..hihihihi.. it is clear enough??i think it will be no problem for u guys to try the recipe..it's easy though..and of course..DELICIOSO...hihihihi...have a good one guys...me caaauuuu

Aduh pengen ngepost pake bahasa indo niq...hehehe..adh seminggu ini bener2 sibuk..dan cape bgt...ini aja baru malem2 gini bisa ngepost..hihihih...so just a quick update dech yah..^^

last friday..bos gua baru ngebeliin comp baru niq...will attach some pictures..ini compnya MAC..iMAC..20 inch..with wireless keyboard and mouse..adh keren bgt...akhirnya setelah gua nunggu selama kurang lebih 2 bulan...si bos akhirnya mau jg beliin comp baru..(*comp yg lama yg gua pake udh sekarat dan ga bs dipake lg)

btw..ini jg ga bisa dibilang comp baru sih..soalnya ini bisa dibilang second hand...jd sebenernya dia belinya tuh dr supplier yg sebenernya beli second hand mac dr APPLE nya...diblg second hand soalnya org pertama yg beli dr APPLE nya ngereturnin macnya soalnya ada masalah gt...nah nih org ternyata ada koneksi ma org dalem APPLE..makanya dia bs dapetin tuh barang..soalnya skrg ini kan susah bgt buat ngedapetin APPLE second hand gt..yah rare bgt dech..nah..nih org sendiri punya company buat service gt...so gua rasa sih ga ada masalah..soalnya dia nawarin harga yg reasonable bgt...bos gua ngebeli iMAC ini cuma $1700 doank...yg mana kl dipasaran skrg harga tuh iMAC bs $2800...so..good price kan?? and i think it still in good condition kok..hihihihi....

Its Weekend..and its time to...EnjOy ThE FooD!!!...hihihihi..so there we go..going to The HOotErs Bar in Clarke Quay..and try their Chicken Wings...really like the surroundings around the Clarke Quay..since then its become our favorite place to hang out...^^ok back to Chicken Wings...hihihi..so we decided to try "Teriyaki Wings" and "Hot Wings"...order 20 pieces of it and we finished it off...huahahahah....however..the Teriyaki Wings taste nicer than the Hot Wings...and order some fries and fruits punch to go with the wings 2..^^

So..the wings suppose to be our dinner ha...but it turns out.. It’s just our appetizers...huahahahah..paid our bills and we head to another restaurant..hihihihi
at first..just want to try some dessert...so we looking around for some good dessert..and we end up in this "tcc -the coffee connoisseur"..find a good spot to seat and enjoy ourself..and there you go..the menu book is in our hand..we suppose to look for DESSERT yo..but...DANGG$#$%%&&&*..we end up order the MAIN DISHES....huahahahahha...I order "Teriyaki Salmon" and its taste gooooodddd...hiihihi..but i hardly finished it..because i am sooo full...huahhahaha...

Have decided to do something with my hair...Need it some changes though...^=^
So..decided to have hair cut..and decided to try one of the japanese salons in ISETAN..have it's own japanese director to cut my hair,and its turn out..he hardly speak "english"...hauhahahaha..so we kinda using "you know..I know" language...hihihihihi..but in the end.. its turn out...I LIKE IT SO MUCH...huahahahaha...=)thanks to MR.SOGA..hihiihi..(nb: he so funny when he speak english with that japanese accent..huahahahah)

Hellooowww!! It's been quite long time since i updated my blog...:p By the way, i have a topic for discussion today.. It’s about regret.. i believe for once in our life, we've been so eager to change the past, to be able to turn back time, which we all knew it's impossible.. so we moved on with our lives along with some feeling of emptiness... and try not to remember the pain in the past.

I think that's the power of human kind, because we still can manage our present life well although we still have the hole in the past, maybe because we have so many people around us and support us, but unfortunately very small amount of people can do this.. The others fall down to the ground and not able to recover.. We don't want to fall down, rite?

i also don't want to be haunted by the past and so i decided to move on even though it is hurt and tough.. and i just take it as a precious experience to face the future, because i've done my best to fix it and if it didn't work, then maybe it's not mine to change.

Many books say time heals everything, and i think that's true indeed. People can let go the past along with the time which passed through them.. Many people who have had bad experience in the past can live their lives even better than they think they could, because the experience they got have been the best teacher and matured them.

Then we need not to regret the past at least we've more experience then anybody who didn't experienced it. The most important thing is, it's true we, ourselves, had all the pain and still have it, but at least we didn't hurt anybody else and that's enough to not regret the past. Let's move on to a better life, pals!! ^^

Why do we have to part while

In life, firstly you will meet with the one you love most, and learn how love feels. Because you know how love feels, so you can find the person who loves you most. When you have experienced the feeling of loving others and being loved, you will then know what it is you need most. Then you will find the person who is most suitable for you, to be able to spend the rest of your life with.

Sadly, in real life, these three people are usually not the same person.

The one you love most doesn't love you. The one, who love you most, is never the one you love most.
And the one you spend your life with, is never theone you love most or the one who love you most.
He is just the person who happens to be at the right place at the right time.

Which person are you in other people's life?

No person will purposely have a change of heart.
At the point in time when he loves you, he really loves you. But when he doesn't love you anymore,he really doesn't love you anymore. When he loves you, he can't pretend that he doesn't. Same goes, when he loves you no more, there's no way he can pretend he loves you.

When a person doesn't love you and wants to leave you. You must ask yourself if you still love him, If you also don't love him anymore, do not keep him just to save your pride. If you still love him, you should wish him happiness, and hope that he will be with the one he loves most, not stop him from it. If you stop him from finding true happiness with the one he loves, it shows you already don't love him, And if you don't love him, what rights do you have to blame him for a change of heart?

Love is not possessive, If you like the moon, you can't just take it down and put it in your basin, But the moonlight still shines upon you. In other words, when you love a person, you can use another method of possessing the person. Let him become a permanent memory in you life. If you really love a person, you must love him for what he is. Love him for his good points, and the bad, You can't wish for him to become like what you like him to be just because you love him. If he can't change to become what you like him to be, you don't love him anymore.

When you really love a person, you cannot find a reason why you love him, You only know that no matter when and where, good mood or bad mood, you will wish to have this person be with you. Real love is when two people can go through the toughest problems without asking for promises or listing criterias. In a relationship, you have to put in effort and give in at times, not always be on the receiving end. Being away from each other is a type of test, If the relationship isn't strong, then you can only admit defeat. Real love will never become hate.

When two people are in love, They love to ask each other to swear, to make promises. Why do they ask each other to swear and promise?
Because they don't trust each other, they don't trust their lover. These swear and promises are useless; Till the sky falls, till the ocean dry, my love for you will never change! We all know that the sky will never fall; the ocean will never dry, Even if it does happen, are we still alive by then?
Be careful when making promises; don't make promises that you cannot keep.
Swear by things that can never happen, because it can never happen, so no harm just saying it casually.
Remember, swearing by things that can never happen are the easiest thing!!
In a relationship, what you say is one thing, but what you do is another; The one saying, doesn't believe; the one listening, also doesn't believe.
So do what you say, say what you do...

It's Really Hurt......

I am not even can describe how its feel...but its just feel hurt..inside..hurt..till I can't feel anything else...i want to let it go..but i just can't...

am i too weak to let it go...or its just the matter of time?? i just have to wait...its been too long..too wasted to be forgotten...but..do i have other choices?

still..i have to deal with it..sooner or later...i just keep lie to myself..it won't give any good for me...

it will be good if i am a rock..i can't feel anything..i hope am a rock...a big rock..so that people can't hurt me anymore...

i don't want to hurt anybody..but..i hope nobody will hurt me...am i egois?

life..my life..its my fate..i hope i can fight my fate..try my best..but..there is always but in the end...whether i can win..or i can't..

i hope i can forget anything..don't feel anything..just let it go..start a new one..be strong..and be happy..but....but....but....

i just too afraid to face it..i am not that strong..me..just me..i hope i can do better...

have anyone ever heard about the "Noble Truth"??
I have been reading this book call "Good Question, Good Answer"..inside there is a discussion about the Basic Buddhist Concepts..

It is writen there that the main teachings of the Buddha is the Four Noble Truth.
The First Noble Truth is that life is suffering. To live, you must suffer. It is impossible to live without experiencing some kind of suffering. We have to endure physical suffering like sickness, injury, tiredness, old age and eventually death and we have to endure psychological suffering like loneliness, frustrations, fear, embarrassment, disappointment, anger, etc.It simply says that to live is to experience physical and psychological suffering which is a statement so true and so obvious that it cannot be denied.

The Second Noble Truth is that all suffering is caused by craving.When we want something but are unable to get it, we feel frustrated. When we expect someone to live up to our expectation and they do not, we feel let down and disappointed. Put simply, the second Noble truth says that getting what you want does not guarantee happiness.
Question: But if we stopped wanting altogether, we would never get or achieve anything.
Answer: True. But what Buddha says is that when our desire, our carving, our constant discontent with what we have, and our continual longing for more and more does cause us suffering, then we should stop doing it. He asks us to make a difference between what we need and what we want and to strive for our needs and modify our wants. He tells us that our needs can be fulfilled but that our wants are endless.After all, what is the purpose of life? To get ot to be content and happy.

The Third Noble Truth is that suffering can be overcome and happiness attained. This is perhaps the most important of the Four Noble Truths because in it the Buddha reassures us that true happiness and contentment are possible. When we give up useless craving and learn to live each day at a time, enjoying without restless wanting the experiences that life offers us, patiently enduring the problems that life involves without fear, hatred and anger, then we become happy and free. Then, and only then, do we begin to live fully.

Akibat penggunaan handphone di pesawat!!!

Sekedar utk informasi, mungkin kalian
semua sudah mendengar berita mengenai
kecelakaan
pesawat yang baru "take-off" dari Lanud Polonia -
Medan. Sampai sore ini penyebab kejadian
tersebut
blm diketahui dengan pasti.

Mungkin sekedar sharing saja buat kita semua
yg
memiliki dan menggunakan Handphone.

Ternyata menurut sumber informasi yg didapat
dari
ASRS (Aviation Safety Reporting System) bahwa
ponsel
mempunyai kontributor yang besar terhadap
keselamatan
penerbangan.
Sudah banyak kasus kecelakaan pesawat terbang
yg
terjadi diakibatkan oleh ponsel. Mungkin informasi
dibwh ini dpt bermanfaat untuk kita semua,
terlebih yg sering menggunakan pesawat
terbang.

Contoh kasusnya antara lain:

Pesawat Crossair dgn nomor penerbangan
LX498 baru
saja "take-off" dari bandara Zurich, Swiss. Sebentar
kemudian pesawat menukik jatuh. Sepuluh
penumpangnya
tewas. Penyelidik menemukan bukti adanya
gangguan
sinyal ponsel terhadap sistem kemudi pesawat.

Sebuah pesawat Slovenia Air dalam penerbangan
menuju
Sarajevo melakukan pendaratan darurat karena
sistem
alarm di kokpit penerbang terus meraung-raung.
Ternyata, sebuah ponsel didlm kopor dibagasi
lupa
dimatikan dan menyebabkan gangguan terhadap
sistem
navigasi.

Boing 747 Qantas tiba-tiba miring ke satu sisi dan
mendaki lagi setinggi 700 kaki justru ketika sedang
"final approach" untuk "landing" di bandara
Heathrow,
London. Penyebabnya adalah karena tiga
penumpang blm
mematikan komputer, CD player, dan electronic
game
masing-masing (The Australian, 23-9-1998).

Seperti kita tahu di Indonesia, begitu roda-roda
pesawat menjejak landasan, langsung saja
terdengar
bunyi beberapa ponsel yang baru saja diaktifkan.
Para
"pelanggar hukum" itu seolah-olah tak mengerti
bahwa
perbuatan mereka dpt mencelakai penumpang
lain,
disamping itu, merupakan gangguan (nuisance)
terhadap
kenyamanan orang lain.

Dpt dimaklumi, mereka pd umumnya
memang blm
memahami tatakrama menggunakan ponsel,
disamping juga
belum mengerti bahaya yang dapat ditimbulkan
ponsel
dan alat elektronik lainnya terhadap sistem navigasi
dan kemudi pesawat terbang. Untuk itulah ponsel
harus
dimatikan, tidak hanya diswitch agar tidak
berdering
selama berada di dalam pesawat.

Berikut merupakan bentuk ganguan-gangguan
yang terjadi
di pesawat:

Arah terbang melenceng,
Indikator HSI (Horizontal Situation Indicator)
terganggu,
Gangguan penyebab VOR (VHF Omnidirectional
Receiver)
tak terdengar,
Gangguan sistem navigasi,
Gangguan frekuensi komunikasi,
Gangguan indikator bahan bakar,
Gangguan sistem kemudi otomatis,
Semua gangguan diatas diakibatkan oleh ponsel.
sedangkan gangguan lainnya seperti
Gangguan arah kompas komputer diakibatkan oleh
CD &
game
Gangguan indikator CDI (Course Deviation
Indicator)
diakibatkan oleh gameboy
Semua informasi diatas adalah bersumber dari
ASRS.

Dengan melihat daftar gangguan diatas kita bisa
melihat bahwa bukan saja ketika pesawat sedang
terbang, tapi ketika pesawat sedang bergerak di
landasan pun terjadi gangguan yang cukup besar
akibat
penggunaan ponsel.

Kebisingan pada headset para penerbang dan
terputus-putusnya suara mengakibatkan
penerbang tak
dpt menerima instruksi dari menara pengawas
dengan
baik.

Untuk diketahui, ponsel tidak hanya mengirim dan
menerima gelombang radio melainkan juga
meradiasikan
tenaga listrik utk menjangkau BTS (Base
Transceiver
Station). Sebuah ponsel dpt menjangkau BTS
yang
berjarak 35 kilometer. Artinya, pada ketinggian
30.000
kaki,sebuah ponsel bisa menjangkau ratusan BTS
yg
berada dibawahnya. (Di Jakarta saja diperkirakan
ada
sekitar 600 BTS yg semuanya dpt sekaligus
terjangkau oleh sebuah ponsel aktif di pesawat
terbang
yg sedang bergerak diatas Jakarta).

Sebagai mahluk modern, sebaiknya kita ingat
bahwa
pelanggaran hukum adalah juga pelanggaran etika.
Tidakkah kita malu dianggap sebagai orang yang
tidak
peduli

huahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha......feel so relieved....after this few month..finally i can laugh...feel happy for it..today..just got my first salary in the office..even though its not the big amount of money..but its means a lot to me..after 20 years old of my life..finally i can earn my own money..my own leh...wah..feel a bit strange tho...is it REAL??wakaka... but one thing for sure..now i know how difficult is it for my parent to find some money to live..and i just wanna say thank u for my dad..i know he had done so much for me..even now i know i can't give him back anything..but for sure..i will do it someday...^-^

haven't write for long time huh!!..have been past so many things these few weeks...feel tired of everything..even to write my blog..:-(...but however..i have to be a bit strong huh!..its just part of this life....
ehmm yah..as i wrote in previous post..i do get the job...working there for about a week..and suddendly..i got another call from another company..and ask me to go for the work trial there..ahh really make me confused..if i go for the offer..i can't work again in the previous company..but then i do decided to try for the trial..because i think the company can give me better future there...since it is an advertising company(the previous one is a printing company)..i think i can learn more things there..but yah..as u know..its only a trial..so i will not sure whether i can get the job or not...but at the end i do choose to take the risk..i hope i will get the job......but....DAngGgg#$%$%^....as things always go...it will not happend as what u want it to be happend..i do not get the job...hixx...really a sad ending huh???
but..i know its not time for getting down...i now i have to call back the previous company and ask whether i can back to work or not?? yah...i can tell that the luck still wif me..the boss still give me a change and want me to get back to work...ahhh..at least i dont lost everything at the end!!...
ahh really life full of challenges...sometime i do feel really tired of everything..but it is ok to try again...one more try...and i know i do have to work hard...
but there will be another thing that bother me...the work permit..ahh i really don't know whether i get the permit or not..if i don't get the permit...then everything will be useless...everything.....
but at the end..i just can let everything flow..just hope everything can be ok...and wish me luck when i get back to work^-^....

wah..haven't write for long time...have been lazy to write these couple days..oh yah..here i am..back in singapore..stuck in my way..ahh..been here since 12 July..really time has gone so fast..it almost 3 weeks already..and then Here I am..still looking for a job...have been go for several interview..but yah.,.still haven't got the answer..but just hoping it will turns good..
these couple days, have been busy searching for a job in newspaper..then send my resume and portfolio..and finally call to arrange the interview..such boring activities...yah but what to say..thats the way dude..
but then i found it that call for interview is more better than just send ur resume through email and just waiting for a call...yah thats right..because from 20 resume that i send..i just receive 2 reply call...suck right???thats way i think calling for interview is more effective to find a job...but then dude...as it always goes...there is a problem...people just too lazy to put the phone number in their job vacancy add..uhhHHhHhhh...
yah as i said...thats the way life goes...problems are just part of it...so just face it dude.......

ehhmm beberapa hari ini bisa dibilang hari yg cukup menyenangkan..karena sibuk terus jaga toko...jadi ga banyak yg dipikirin...hihihi...tp it's time to start packing my stuff yoo...on july 12 iam gonna fly to spore...hixxxx..gonna miss my hometown soooo muuuccchhh...but what to do...i have to find some job and earn some money..its no more time for relax and have fun...enough for that..have to start planning for my future..hixxx..sound silly right?? but really..its what i really need to do now!!!!hope everything is gonna be alright..

ohh yah..these few days have been busy helping my sister with her new business..but really makes me happy that the bussiness working good..she already gain the profit...good for her..wish her luck in the future...go sis..u can do it...hihihihi...:-)

alohaaa...aduh udh lama jg ga nulis yah..abisnya sibukzz neh..(sibuk bnran pa boongan yah??huahahaha)..yah bnran sibuk jaga toko and mejeng2 gt dech..lumayan cuci mata...hihihihi...
aduh seneng jg masih bisa ketawa...soalnya hari ini kyknya suntuk bgt...dari pagi mpe sore cuma jaga toko doank...suasana hati lg ga mendukung bgt neh...jadi bnyk yg dipikirin...:-(...mulai dari gmn entr nyari kerjaan..mpe akhir2nya..mikirin si lutu2 dech...ga tau neh...bisa ngerasa kangen bgt ma si lutu2...:-(...yah cuma ga bisa ngapa2in jg seh....cuma bisa mikirin si lutu2 aja dech...

wah ari ini mungkin hari yg paling menggembirakan dibulan ini...hihihi...pagi2 bantu ci2 buka usaha barunya..yah buat ari pertama..mungkin lumayan kl yah...soalnya banyak jg pembeli yg dateng...hehheeh...nothing much to do today...dr pagi mpe sore cuma jaga toko doank...hihihi...but...malemnya..belajar mandarin ma "papa"...wah2 busetzz udh lama ga ngom...mulut kyknya kaku jg booo..jd kebelit2 gt..huahahah..tp buat awal..udh lumayan bgt loh..hehhee...tp mesti bnyk ngom dan hafal jg neh...soalnya kata2nya bnyk bgt yg mesti diinget...hihihi...tp cia youu...i can do it...huahhaha....

ahh...hari2 yg membosankan lg...bangun pagi..males bgt olah raga..padahal harus terus bakar kalories!!! aduh target belon sampe neh...:-(...tp udara disini mendukung bgt...udh beberapa hari..hujan..mendung..kan mendukung bgt buat tidur dan males2an...hihihihi...
abis sarapan..pegi ke kantor bokap...nothing to do also...boring..boring..afternoon...nothing to do also...just have a chat wif my sister..and trying to have some sleep..tapi...ga bs tidur...:-( akhirnya...nonton TV dech......
ahh yesterday ask my sister in spore about applying work permit..aduh dapet informasi yg ga bagus..she said if u want to apply the work permit..minimum u need to have a degree...DaNNgg#@$*...I olny got a diploma yooo!!hixxx so sad to hear that...but then my sister said..nothing wrong to try first..yah...mau ga mau dech..harus coba dulu..yah skrg semua tergantung hokki dech...ahh jd ga percaya diri...hixxxx..hope everything is gonna be alright...hope..hope....
seem everything goes wrong today..but i got the phonecall from lutu2...really makes me happy..yah it seem already these few days never got the phonecall form him... really miss him...but..it seem he got so many problem in toronto...waiting for the work permit...really hope its gonna be alright 2 for him...cia yoo yah lutu2..i always here for u....
ok dech..have to finish my CV/Resume...males bgt buat nyelesaiinnya...tp mau ga mau dech...hari demi hari terus berlalu dgn cepatnya...akhir bulan harus ke spore...berarti harus buru2 nyelesaiin semuanya...hiihihi...

ehmm cepet jg neh udh second post...hihihi..abiznya lg ada mood buat nulis..jd yah..mau ga mau dech..hauahaha..today...as ussualy..wake up late and work out for half an hour...and get my breakfast...today breakfast..is yummy.."bakmi bak"..hauahahha..is good yoo..my dad bought it at 6.00 in the morning..and i just have it at 10.00 in the morning..hihihi..but its still taste good..huahahah..Today, nothing much to do..just help my dad..dan in the afternoon..i have job to do yoo..help my sister prepare for her new business..:-)..help her until 10.30Pm..and after that straight away go to my computer..and connect to internet....just to check my email..and finally writing another post for my blog...:0-)..Today have a chat with my sister in Spore and Amrik...chat with my sister in amrik for about one hour...miss her so much..it already 8 month since the last time i see her on Nov'04...:-(....oh yah..my sis in spore...now pregnant..it's already 4 month yoo..and today she just check and got the result...her baby is going to be..a baby girl...her name is going to be: Hailey Tanadi...Cute right?? its sound funny when iam thingking that iam gonna be a aunt...woooww..i just 20 yooo..hauahahha..but its really fun waiting for her birth..:-) oh yah..today..my lutu2's..inoe has his first day in his new office..wooow fell good for him 2..wish him luck and all the best yah...u can do it hon...:-) ..ok then..need to go to bed..my dad ask me to wake up early tommorow:-(...ciaaaaoooooooo
